About Me
My name is Mary-Héloïse Rouzioux.
For the last 10 years, I worked in international business environments, helping organizations build meaningful relationships, navigate change and create value. Alongside this professional path, I developed a growing fascination for what makes us human: our stories, our imagination, our need for beauty, meaning and connection.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in the ways rituals, symbols and creative practices can support personal transformation. This curiosity led me to explore hypnosis and the powerful dialogue between the conscious and unconscious mind.
Today, I bring together these different worlds through a practice that is both grounded and imaginative. My intention is to create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a more meaningful relationship with their inner and outer lives.
I work with an international clientele and offer sessions in French (my mother tongue), English, German and Spanish. Whether you prefer to express yourself in your native language or in the language you use in your daily life, I strive to create a space where you can feel fully understood and at ease.
